Returns Policy

The User can return the products within seven days from the delivery of the products. The return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the request..

Return requests: The User shall raise a return request within the above-mentioned period and shall send Us the picture of the packaging and the product (unless such product is missing) at support@hennahubstore.com. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the Product and will process the refund as per the Refund Policy.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
